Spicy Peach Bourbon Jam
Spicy Peach Bourbon Jam made sweet with a little heat from the beloved Ghorpion pepper which is a cross between a Ghost and a Scorpion pepper. Complex fruity/berry flavor.
Delicious on Brie cheese and goat cheese. Makes a beautiful presentation on a Charcuterie board.
Ingredients: Palisade Peaches, sugar, bourbon, citric acid, lemon juice and Ghorpion pepper
