Hot Honey

$12.00   $12.00

Spicy infused Hot Honey:

Are you looking for a spicy gift for a friend that likes a little heat? Perhaps a jar for yourself.

Well, you found the perfect Infused Hot Honey. We have created hot honey made out of Ghorpion peppers.  We take unfiltered honey, a half pound of Local Colorado honey from Colorado Mountain Honey on the Western Slope. We infuse it with our ground/dehydrated Ghorpion powder. The Ghorpion pepper is a cross between Ghost Bhut Jalokia peppers and Trinidad Scorpion peppers. While they are spicy we use just enough to tickle your taste buds. The flavor is berry like and oh so delicious. So much better than other Spicy honeys with "Red Chilli or Cayenne"

Nothing on the market quite tastes like the Ghorpion peppers. Berry notes and undertones.

The honey we mix with our infused hot honey is wildflower honey straight from Colorado Western Honey bee hives. Our artisan honey is pulled from hives in Western Colorado. It contains only 100% wildflower honey without all of the extra stuff added. No preservatives, no chemicals and no junk - just honey from their bees!

Benefits of Honey:
Honey is a natural antibacterial and antimicrobial agent. It contains hydrogen peroxide and glucose oxidase and has a low pH level, which means it can kill harmful bacteria and fungi. Also, because of its unique chemical composition, it does not help yeast or bacteria to grow.
Wildflower honey has also been shown to help treat seasonal allergies. Sufferers can use locally produced honey to build up immunity to local plants that trigger allergies. One teaspoon of wildflower honey each day will allow your system to build up immunity to pollen before the season begins. Locally sourced honey is required because it contains the allergens of the local plants.

*The color of our honey may vary from the season, hive, or pollen collected by the bees.

  • Started from: Jan 22, 2026

We feature 3 hot sauces, a bbq, peanut butter, chocolate almond bark, olive oil, hot honey, peach jam, garlic cloves, seasoning and more. All of it is spicy and fun. In season you can find us at the Palisade Farmers market. We are always across the street from the Milky Way on South Main St.

We grow hot and rare peppers on our small urban farm in Grand Junction. Using math and moderation, we are able to showcase the pepper's unique flavors while not scorching your tastebuds.

The same substances that give honey its qualities also make it shelf-stable and resistant to spoilage! In fact, as long as honey is tightly covered to keep out humidity, and no liquid is added, you can store honey indefinitely at room temperature. It may thicken and crystallize over time, but that’s not a sign of spoilage it is still good! Warm it up and give it a stir.
